2025 BMFA Juried Art Show

Submission Terms and Conditions

  1. All Artists who submit an entry must live in the province of Ontario in Canada
  2. The Artist must be the creator of the Art Submitted
  3. All rights of the submissions will remain with the Artist
  4. Art being submissed cannot have been entered in a previous BMFA Juried Show
  5. Digital Art submitted must not be created by Artificial Intelligence. Art created by an AI tools will automatically disqualify the submission from the 2025 Juried Art Show
  6. Submitted Art must adhere to the Size and Weight guidelines.  The submission will be disqualified if guidelines are breeched.
  7. If a submission hanging in the Gallery at 65 Simcoe St Collingwood is sold,  the BMFA will retain a 35% commission for the sale.
  8. Submissions must not contain obscenity, explicit sexual material, profanity, graphic violence, calls or incitement to violence, commercial solicitation or commercial promotion. 
  9. Submissions must conform to local law and must not contain content or images that could be considered abusive, inflammatory, denigrating, or disrespectful to any of the BMFA or to any groups, individuals or institutions. 
  10. You allow the BMFA to use your submissions for promoting the current and future Juried Art Shows and for Contest Sponsor marketing and social media uses.  You provide the right to the BMFA to replicate your submissions for these uses.
  11. If your submission is admitted to the Gallery show at 65 Simcoe St, you agree to not hold the BMFA accountable for any damage or theft to your submission and you will hold insurance for its value if you deem that it is necessary.
